Casa Batlló is a building by the architect Antoni Gaudí, the main representative of Catalan modernism. It is situated at number 43 on Paseo de Gracia, the wide avenue that crosses the Modernist quarter of El Eixample on the so-called Manzana de la Discordia because, besides this building, it is also home to other works by Modernist architects.

The Expiatory Church of La Sagrada Familia is one of Barcelona’s great churches and was designed by the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. Started in 1882, it is still under construction. It is Gaudí’s masterpiece and the best example of Catalan modernist-style architecture.
